PPI (payment protection insurance), is guaranteed to stay for at least one more year, so I beg you people if you haven't already put in a claim please do so, also most of the major PPI (payment protection insurance) reclaim companies have decided to lower to cost for 25% plus VAT to 20% plus VAT, this may not sound like a lot but in fact if you reclaim £1000 you may well save £50 with would come in hand to anyone. This is my last blog on PPI (payment protection insurance) as i have a new venture next month which is mobile phones and the networks that they will cover.

Hello guys just to give you all a heads up, Payment protection insurance is still going strong. I have many friends who work for challengeyour.com and they have been having tremendous success  The whole sales force are have more clients than ever this is because so many of you have managed to claim excellent amounts of compensation. Recently we had a lady named Sue and she had a credit card with llyods tsb which she owed them over £1000 and she was due £600 in compensation which was paid directly to her and not on the credit card as it was in a debt collector agency. None of the claiming companies know when this deadline is, so please put your claim in as you never know you may relieve a nice healthy Christmas bonus.

I recently wanted to get myself a good credit score, so i decided to take out a capital one credit cards. BTW they give credit cards to everyone. This is ideal for me as I can purchase my everyday shopping items but save the money. Then i can pay it all of at the end of the month. If you already have a good credit score but wish to increase your score, I would highly recommend that you take out a barclay cards platinum as they offer excellent intrest rates and fantastic offers if you use there cards regulary.

update

Hey everyone this is the new low down on the payment protection industry. The business is slowly coming to an end and that most of the customers that will process a claim already have. One of the best places to look for payment protection insurance claim back companies is in the local shopping center as it feels very personal, as you get a face to face experience and can ask them any question you want. This also shows that the details you give are only given to a company that is trusted by a shopping center and that they are regulated. the average claim amount has risen dramatically over the last few months and have had more customers file for there money back that what the banks expected. So if you or any of your friends have a credit card, loan, mortgage, or finance then please fill out a compensation form and get the money back what is deserved.

Comming to an end!!!

The Payment protection insurance business are drawing to an end, as many of evants companies are with drawing from the shopping centers, and high streets. This is mainly because all of the customers who want to claim there money back already have done so, there are lots of advert on the television and local radio. Also there is a huge ammount of companies cold calling on the telephone, I have been working in this industry from when it all first started.

But.....

its not to late to still apply for the missold Payment Protection Insurance yet if you haven't already done so! It does not matter if you have entered your claim in and they give a cut off date, as once your claim is submitted it is then ok to proceed for as long as it takes. I carnt stress enough that if you have had any credit cards, loans, mortgages or store cards it is deffinatly worth entering a claim as its a win win situation for your self. It is highly advisiable to do the claim your self if you have the patients and time, if not its worth using a company to help you claim, although they may take 25% plus VAT, Something is better than nothing.

The basics

Hi everyone, I know you are all here to see if you are eligible to claim back your payment protection insurance (PPI) or loan protection insurance (LPI), and what is the process to reclaiming your mis-old payment protection insurance.

Firstly you are not the only ones who car claiming back your mis-sold PPI. According to government statistics 70% of all PPI was mis-sold before 2010. At the moment you can currently make a claim for PPI if you have had:
Mortgage/re-mortgage
Loan
Credit Card
Store Card
Finance
To successfully make an application you must have had one of the stated above before 2010. It does not matter how old the claim is, as long as there was a payment made within the last 10 years. So you may have taken out a mortgage 25 years ago but as long as you have made a payment within the last 10 years you are eligible to make an application to claim.

Secondly you can make a claim if u paid the credit off, you are still paying, or if you failed to pay the outstanding credit and it was passed to a collection agency or debt management, the only claim you cannot make for is if you are bankrupt or in a IVA.

A lot of customers didn’t  know if they have PPI or LPI, this is because they was either mis-sold or not told, or they may have forgot that they have took it out. You can find out if you have had the PPI or LPI by checking old paper work and reading the small print, it is not vital to find out but it would make it easier when making a claim for PPI.

What am I eligible to claim back for?

You are eligible to claim back the whole amount of payment protection insurance (PPI) or loan protection insurance (LPI) if you was mis-sold, you can also claim back for interest and compensation of 8% each year compounding. You may be asking yourself why you can claim back extra money, this is because the banks have had your money and you haven’t been able to spend it, as you may have been able to put your money in a high interest bank account. Also you have had compensation because you have taken the time and stresses of claiming back your mis-sold PPI or LPI.

The hardest part about making a claim is being able to show the banks you was mis-sold the payment protection insurance, although the majority of the major lender are very willing at giving you some of the money back you must be very careful in that, most cases with Lloyd’s which i have experienced they will offer u a settlement fee which is normally half the amount you are might be able to get back. The bottom line is that if you was mis-sold PPI or LPI then you are entitled to claim back the full amount plus 8% per year.
